Group Tours and Rates
All group tours must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Two weeks notice is preferred. Pre-scheduled group tours receive a discounted rate. Please see information below for scheduling group tours.

Student Lunches
The lawn of the Ace of Clubs House is available for use as a picnic
area and can accommodate 100 students. A classroom at
Discovery Place Children's Museum is also available and can
accommodate 25 students. These areas need to be reserved when
your tour is scheduled.

Scheduled Adult Group Tours and Rates
Adult & Sr. Adult Tours of 12 or more
All group tours must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance (two weeks notice is requested) to receive the discounted rate. Please see information below for scheduling group tours. Tour escorts/bus drivers are comped for scheduled bus tours.

Scheduling a Tour
Please contact us as early as possible to schedule your tour. Two weeks notice is required. Please allow extra time for arrival and leaving. Guided tours take between one hour and fifteen minutes to two hours, not including time needed to arrive and leave the property.
Contact the Draughon-Moore Collection Curator, to schedule tours for adult groups, schools or other educational groups. Please have the following information on hand: organization/school name, address and phone number, contact name, number of visiting students and/or adults, grade levels, desired tour dates (have at least two alternatives) and the time you would like your tour to begin.
